Meet our Innovation Project
At AMF we are obsessed with innovation. The constant search for the best and most efficient solutions for everything we do is part of our DNA. And so, we count on EVERYONE in this process.
The TOWOKFOR US project is an appeal to all AMF employees to contribute with ideas or suggestions that may innovate some internal process. We are looking for ideas related to the way we produce, store, develop, communicate or market our shoes.
In addition, this project, aims to be a more direct communication bridge and a mechanism to give everyone a voice.
Mechanics of the project:
Every month a collection of ideas, and evaluation of them will be done. After an evaluation process, carried out by a panel of judges, the IDEA OF THE MONTH will be selected.
The evaluation criteria are:
- Transformative potential
- Execution viability
- Return / Savings
The author of the IDEA OF THE MONTH will be surprised with a prize. At the end of the year, we have a TRIP TO PARIS FOR 2 PEOPLE for the big winner of the best idea of the year.
